Stephen Doty

Stephen Doty brings elite competitive experience, proven leadership, and a deep passion for athlete development to the mat. A two-time NCAA Division I National Qualifier at the University of Virginia, Doty competed at the highest level of collegiate wrestling while representing one of the nation’s most respected athletic programs.

Before his collegiate career, Doty established himself as one of Missouri’s top wrestlers, capturing the Missouri High School State Championship in 2009. His dominance, work ethic, and leadership at Kirkwood High School earned him a place in the Kirkwood High School Hall of Fame, solidifying his legacy as one of the program’s all-time greats.

At the collegiate level, Doty was a key contributor to the Atlantic Coast Conference Championship Team at the University of Virginia, where he competed against the nation’s top talent and upheld a culture of discipline, accountability, and excellence. His impact on the program was later recognized with induction into the University of Virginia Hall of Fame, a testament to both his athletic achievements and leadership within the program.
