BUILDING CHAMPIONS
In 2025, East St. Louis Wrestling celebrated a proud moment when Pierre Walton earned the 2A IHSA State Championship title at 165 lbs. His victory is a testament to the dedication, skill, and relentless commitment of our coaching staff and the strong culture built within this program. EAST ST. LOUIS - Cailyn Robinson, a seventh grade student at Mason Clark Middle School, has made headlines by winning the 2025 Illinois Kids Wrestling Federation (IKWF) State Championship in the Boys Novice Weight Class 178. The championship was held at the Peoria Civic Center on March 7-8,2025.
ESTLWC First IKWF Girls State ChAMPION
Peoria, IL - For the first time in ESTLWC history Jordyn Alexander seized a girls IKWF State Title in the Girls Novice 185 Division. With a Fall in 0:36 over Emory Walker she earned ESTLWC first ever Girls State Championship on March 14, 2026.
Head WC & Boys HS Coach captures us open title
Head Wrestling Club & Boys High School Coach, Stephen Doty, captured a US Open Championship at 78 KG in the Masters B Division on April 22, 2026 in Las Vegas, NV.
